How many should i set my fans to

i have a Antec Three Hundred Illusion case with all fan slots filled, i have my 2 front fans and side fan as a intake and top fan and back fan as outtakes, is this a good setup or should i change it.

Keep it as is, you'v got a basic front to back airflow happening. No particular need to change it.

okay, thanks, i just needed to know if it was better to have more pressure or more air flow.

That will come down to the fans you have, not the configuration their in.
The configuration will dictate which way the air flows,.

Case fans your better off with airflow (expressed as CFM), with heatsink or radiator fans your better off with Static Pressure.

well i have a 120mm radiator in the back of my case with a SP fan(37cfm) on it and all of my other fans are above 60cfm
