Need Some Help

Hi everyone,
So, im looking forward to buy a new desktop, but my budget is kinda low and i was wondering if the setup i encountered could run at least the game im playing more right now (League of Legends) at lets say, max settings and still have 50ish FPS. Also, if anyone knows a good 450> desktop i would be very gratefulto hear your opinions :)

Here are the specs (taken of http://www.ramcomputersystems.co.u [...] ptimized):

Processor:
AMD Athlon X2 250 Dual Core @ 3.0Ghz

Memory: 4 Gigabyte DDR3 1333Mhz

Graphics Card:
AMD Radeon HD5450 1Gb PCI Express HDMI

Hard Disk Drive:
500Gb SATAIII 6Gb/s

Motherboard: Biostar MCP68S USB2 PCI-E

Audio: Integrated HD Audio
USB Ports:
4x Rear USB 2.0 Ports | 2x Front USB 2.0 Ports

Networking: Internal Gigabit Network Port

Optical Drive:
22x SATA DVD-Rw/CD-Rw Combo Drive
Case: Atx Case
Power Supply
550 Watt Power Supply

I never were a fan of AMD, always prefered Intel, but seems like the charts of performance are kinda the same, and you can build a setup from AMD for less money. If anyone knows about a nice Intel Desktop below 450 i would love to hear it :) (PS: Is the site "www.ramcomputersystems.co.uk" trustworthy? Anyone has feedback about it?)

    So here it is :D

Approximate Purchase Date: 1/2 months, 3 Max

    Budget Range: 450€~

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Mostly gaming and surfing the web

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: None, need a new from scratch... i might change somethings in the future ike the graphics card or somrthing

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Anything that can ship to my country (from what i found only Overcklockers do it, but any website)

Location: Im from Portugal, so i need something in the European Region

Parts Preferences: Im used to Intel systems, but if it is an AMD its fine too

Overclocking: Yes / No / Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe (even though i think i dont have the budget for it)

    Monitor Resolution: 1280x1024

Additional Comments: I mostly Play LoL, and some RPGs (like KoA: Reckoning)

Why Are You Upgrading: Im not really updating, i just want a desktop to keep building, because im currently playing on a laptop and i hate laptops. A desktop is always better, cuz i can change what i dont like if i have the possibility, and keep upgrading it.
