to core 2 duo .. core I3,5,7
My question the " CPU Intel Xeon(TM) 3.20GHZ " what is his location between those CPUs
example it's better then core 2 duo but not better then Core I3

That Xeon is the LGA2011 socket, It is a sandy bridge server processor.
Like i showed you before in your previous question about the Atom, where as the atom is the low power consumption designed for ultra portables, this xeon is a chip designed for server application.
It is inline roughly with the i7 but is optimized for server workloads and is not generally used for home computing.
