That Xeon is the LGA2011 socket, It is a sandy bridge server processor.

Like i showed you before in your previous question about the Atom, where as the atom is the low power consumption designed for ultra portables, this xeon is a chip designed for server application.

It is inline roughly with the i7 but is optimized for server workloads and is not generally used for home computing.
