Laptop chipset problem no display

Hello,
mine is an hp dv6 2005ax laptop.its wont boot.
previously i had to turn in on first for about 1 min and then turn off by pressing power button and then turn on again to boot, now it just wont boot. the battery is dead.

If you know the battery is dead why don't you send it for repairs?

i did send it to repair, and it worked fine, after 3 days, i went back to old state. no boot. i didnt replaced the battery.

so what might be the problem, corrupted BIOS or Chipset??

So is the computer not turning on at all? Is there any parts functioning, like the Hard Disk Drive (can you hear it spinning)

the CPU fan and HDD is working. the caps blinks just once. tats all

when i gave to one shop, they said it will cost me 5000, so i gave it to another , where it cost me only 1800.

Have you tried checking if there is any loose RAM in the laptop? If that doesn't work, try shifting the RAM. This may not be the problem but it has happened to me, except I do it on a desktop

Hmmm. I guess the GPU has stopped working or some short circuit might have blown it
