I cant find my usb on my laptop

Hello,

I have a 16gb usb stick and after using it on a mac latop i cant find it when i put it onto my laptop it says its their but normally when id put it in itd come up straight away with open to view files, going into my computer and theirs no removeable disk F or whatever. My laptop runs off windows 7 if that helps

when the usb memory stick was in the mac did you reformat the memory stick. ?
can you still read the files on it in the mac ?
what o/s version is the mac laptop running ?

Mac OS X should recognise FAT32 format (usually used on usb memory sticks) but not NTFS
