Which VGA card is better?

Which is the best VGA card either MSI GTX 560ti HAwk 1GB or a MSI HD 7850 1GB OC?
Or please suggest me a VGA card which is better at a cost below 283 USD.
Please help me guyzzzzzz.....

    Because it would make too much sense. Seriously.....

    I always link to that when people ask for the best GPU/CPU at a certain price point.

    Same with builds, I link to the system builder as a starting point and for benchmarks.

    7850 is better. Its newer and consumes less power. This means less heat and less noise.
