High Contrast Troubles

Long story short, my computer has been changed to high contrast settings, and, unfortunately it seems as I don't have many options to change it back. I'm not an admin, so I have no access to Themes or Console (I believe this is Windows 7 but it may just be emulated), and all the desktops are virtual desktops so I have no access to the actual computer, or any way to turn it on or off. I can still change the settings of the high contrast itself though. Is there a list somewhere of the settings for the standard Aero theme, or do I really have no option but to fight my way to Tech Support? Thanks!

press the windows key + u at the same time.
in the quick access to common tools section has the spot to shut it off.
