Nokia 6820 bluetooth headset problems

Hi

I've just bought a nokia 6820 with an O2 Blue bluetooth headset. I
keep getting problems with the voice dialing when I reconnect the
headset, i.e it just makes one quiet beep then does nothing. I see
other people have had a similar problem with Jabra headsets and the
solution was to pair the devices in enhanced mode....

Any ideas about whether this can be done with the O2 blue headset and
if so, how?

Otherwise has anyone come up with any other solutions to this problem?
