Hello,
I am looking to do a build for editing footage. I will be running all the Adobe SC6 programs and that means After Effects. I am looking to run an 8 core I7 along with having 8 or more Ram slots and a liquid cooling system. The tower I hope to use it a Master Cooler like this one.

I do not know anything about mother boards nor have I ever done a build before. I just know I need a lot of ram and amazing processing. ALso, I do not know if what I want will fit in any towar ssuch as the master cooler I want. I am so new at this, but please help. I would love to have this dream computer.
