Does this seem like a good set up for Battlefield 3 gaming and live 1080p streaming?

Looks pretty good to me. Make sure battlefield is on the SSD for streaming so your IOPS are destroyed with both reading and writing.

Although getting an aftermarket 670 such as the DCUII might be a good idea.

I have the Z77 Pro3 and it is good for light over clocking. If you want to push your CPU more I'd suggest jumping up to a Z77 Extreme 4. (much better power phase)

Don't forget to buy a CPU cooler, the Intel one is not good for overclocking.

You should easily be able to play Battlefield 3 on Ultra with 4xAA and higher.
