Does this seem like a good set up for Battlefield 3 gaming and live 1080p streaming?

I have the Z77 Pro3 and it is good for light over clocking. If you want to push your CPU more I'd suggest jumping up to a Z77 Extreme 4. (much better power phase)

Don't forget to buy a CPU cooler, the Intel one is not good for overclocking.

You should easily be able to play Battlefield 3 on Ultra with 4xAA and higher.
