I3-3220 and Radeno HD 7850 2gb?

So I'm willing to buy a new desktop for me, and I'm building it in site www.cyberpowersystem.co.uk . I chose i3-3220 as a CPU and HD 7850 2gb as GPU. Is it enough to play Dayz (ArmA 2 mod) , Minecraft, BF3 , League of Legends. Also I want to make videos with this system, will it render the videos fast, or should I chose something else? I chose those because my budget isn't big . At the moment as it is configurated it costs £588. Any opinions?

It will perform well, but if you can, move up to a quad core as that will really help with video editing and in some games.

@Maestro0428 - I actually mistyped it I configurated it as - Intel® Core™ i5-3570 Quad Core 3.40 GHz 6MB Cache LGA1155 + HD Graphics . Not i3-3220 sorry. How is that build with i5-3570?
