Is this a pre-build or will you be assembling it yourself? Or is it second hand?

At that price its pretty good, but I would make some changes if you are building it yourself.

The money spent on watercooling for example is a waste, you could be getting a GPU OR CPU with that money.

The motherboard will barely allow you to OC and it is an old chipset, you will not get USB3.

Post your total budget?
What resolution is your monitor? The HD7770 will not run those game at 1920*1080 smoothly.

It's not a bad build, but I would also skip the h20 cooling and get a better motherboard with that money. What brand of PC is this?
