Cooling, EVGA ftw 670

I am building a new computer and I am planning on getting an EVGA ftw 670 4gb version, and I have been wondering about whether or not it will get too hot. I plan on playing battlefield 3 and stuff. Reason I'm worried is that it only has one fan and I have heard of people with it overheating. But I've also hear in other places that it has good cooling. The rest of my build, if you need the info:

Asus Maximus V Formula
Intel i7 3770k
Hyper 212 evo
G.skill Sniper 2 x 8gb sticks
Cooler Master HAF X Blue edition (the one w/four fans)
EVGA ftw 670 4gb
SeaSonic X Series X650 Gold
Western Digital Black 1TB hdd

Or should I get an Asus, or the gigabyte?

If this is for gaming, the Asus Maximus is not worth it, and neither is the 3770K.

Heck, neither is the 670 4GB. Unless you are playing on like 20 monitors, 2GB is enough for 1080p.

What resolution are you playing at?

Get the gigabyte windforce(GIGABYTE GV-N670OC-2GD) runs cooler and overclocks well.

It's for gaming, programming, udk, unity and whatnot, maybe some blender here and there.

I'm playing at 1080p. But I might get another monitor in the future, though.
