I bought 32gb of 1600mhz RAM, Corsair Dominator - 1600 - 10-10-10-27 - 1.5V CMP32GX3M4X1600C10 to go with the following build. Some people mentioned that with the GPU's and CPU, I should have selected faster ram - Is there a better RAM I should have grabbed, ie. 1866 or 2133 and perhaps G.Skill Trident or Corsair dominator platinum?

The build is:

Motherboard: Asus Rampage IV Extreme
CPU: Intel i7-3930K 6-Core 3.2GHz Processor

To be honest, Intel CPUs benefits more from tight timmings than faster frequency.

What's the major purpose for this build? If it's gaming/ video editing/ 3D modeling, then your ram are perfectly fine.

If you really want the best out of the best, and to get insane benchmark results, you can look into the Corsair Dominator Platinum.

They have pretty high frequencies but still have a relatively tight timming. However, buying 32GB of those ram can cost you a fortune.
You won't see much real world performance boost tho.
