Hello, moved my desktop a couple weeks ago, plugged headphones into rear audio jack, sound went away on Call of Duty, multiplayer. Sound still works on single player. Checked device manager, troubleshooting audio, settings in game, everything looks OK. Don't know what to do. I'm an old fart too, so that doesn't help, either.

Audio jack on the front case is broken, so I disconnected the speakers from the rear jack and started using the headphones from back there. I suspect that it is something in the game itself that is not configured correctly, but haven't run across anyone that's had this problem before. Thanks for your response. This is an AMD homebuilt system Athlon II X 4 635 processor with an ATI Radeon 5700 series video card. It's worked good for the first two years..
