Windows 98 not showing other drives

Hey I had to reinstall windows 98 but its not recognizing my etire HDD ... I "had" 4 total partitions and it only recognizes the C: drive and only 1.99 GB of it... I dont know what to do to fix it. Can someone please help me out?

Go down to DOS, type "fdisk" and pick otion 4.
Are all your partitions there?

Did you change your motherboard by any chance? Since you said "I <i>had to</i> install..."
