Need Input on $800 build

What parts should I swap out or keep? I would like to keep the price ~$800. I picked the G. Skill RAM cooler for the blue LEDs, as I find myself really into looks. Same goes for the Antec 1100. The extension cable is just in case the included 12v isn't long enough for clean cable management, but if I don't need it I can use it in my rig, so that's that.

Thanks in advance for feedback!

The 3570K at that price is in-store only at Microcenter, and they shut down the one at Santa Clara so I can't do that. Also, have you read what I said above? There's a reason for the cooler (though functionally unnecessary). As for the motherboard, is there an option similar to the Extreme 4? I've used it in a build for a friend, and found it to be quite good for the money. I do admit I think I've invested too much in the appearance of the rig; are there cheaper alternatives that offer a similar look? I like clean case designs with a side window and blue LEDs. I know they're pretty damn unnecessary, but if possible, I would like that.

Thanks!

i got him a 3570k, second of all the pro3 overclocks fine.

he doesnt need a xeon.

third of all xeons are locked and cannot be overclocked.

the ps u listed is of lesser quality than the rosewill one. and isnt modular.

that motherboard u chose is of basic quality and lacks features the pro i chose has.
