I bought a computer with the Radeon DH6530D graphics card because I need two monitors for work and this seemed like a simple way to go. I have two identical monitors (HP S2031 Series Wide LCD) that have a recommended resolution of 1600 x 900. Here's the problem. One monitor runs at that setting, but I cannot get my computer to recognize that the other monitor is the same so it comes up as "Generic Non-PnP Monitor" and the highest resolution I can set it to is 1280 x 720 (which looks awful).
My question is: Is this to be expected from that card and what do I do now? I want both to run at 1600 x 900 and will buy a new card if I need to (although I will probably have some more questions about that).
