Need some help custom building a desktop.

Hi all,

I have been thinking about building a desktop for a while and was wondering if these parts would all be compatible with each other.

Processor - I7-3700
Motherboard - ASUS P8Z77-V-LX
GPU - ASUS GTX 660 2GB
HDD - WD1002FAEX 3.5" 1TB
Optical Drive - DRW-24B5ST
Case - Thermaltake V9 BlacX Edition Case
PSU - Thermaltake TR-800PCAU TR2 800Watt. 80+ Bronze PSU (Is 800 enough?)
OS - Windows 8

I already have RAM.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated .

800W is plenty, you will only need around 500w for your build

Buy an aftermarket cooler to go with the build.
