Is that temp under load or at idle?

Fairly decent build, though that PSU is iffy.
No 80+ certification isn't a good sign and the fact it only has two 6+2 connectors tells me it isn't a real 750W supply. As well as being an obscure brand. How much did it cost?

Was expecting lower for an obscure brand 750W with no 80+ Cert. I would replace the PSU to be honest.

So essentially at idle your hitting temperatures of 60c, not good. Suspect you may have mounted the heatsink wrong and its not getting good contact with the CPU.

the cpu is now about 35 - 37C, when i maxed the fans speed, i really don't know why it sais 60C in the bios, and im going to replace the psu with a corsair.
