I will be building a new computer. In that build, I will be using a cpu case and a power supply of my previous old computer.
I will be going with an i7 processor.
I will also be buying a low profile graphics card but I will disable it in most works.
So I would like to ask if my old PSU that is a 350 Watt Power supply will be enough to run my Intel core i7 3770 processor ?
Motherboard is Asus P8B75-LX (Socket LGA 1155).
Any Suggestions are most Welcomed.

For a bare minimum it might be OK. Any attempt to run something graphic-intensive will lead to instability and crashes. It also depends on the quality of the PSU, if a low-cost, generic OEM, then it might be worse than actual 350W.
I always consider the power requirements for a system, then add some to that amount to have redundancy. It's not going to actually use more power, but will help with stability if the PSU is built to actually handle more than my system can burn.
