Recommendation for a new graphic card & motherboard compatibility

Hi all,

I have to buy a new graphic card (below 220$ / 170€) for my desktop computer and was wondering how to find out about the compatibility with my current motherboard. I'm planning to buy some new games like Assassins Creed 3.

Motherboard: MSI, MS-7255, Vs. 2.0, PCIe
CPU: Intel Core2 CPU 6600 @ 2.40GHz
Ram: DDR2, 2048 MBytes

How can I find out if this graphic card fits my motherboard?

It is a atx board and it has pcie 2.0 x16 slot so no problems.
And what is your psu ?(one most important things)
