PC 2700 512 dimms available?

Hey, I'm gonna be building a system soon, with IWILL's XP333 mobo. I was wondering if anyone had heard of 512mb PC2700s. I havent seen any anywhere.

They'd be very expensive, if that makes much difference. I haven't seen them, but I haven't been looking very hard.
