I'm looking for the best graphics card for my budget $300 but i could go a little higher maybe $350. Monitor is 1920 x 1080p. I play games like Cod, Battlefield 3, minecraft etc. I have looked at 7950 I can't decide between sapphire or xfx dd black edition. I have also looked at 660 ti power edition...
Any suggestion will help thanks.

with the new drivers the 7950 is performing better however 660 would be better at bf3 and plus you gte phys x I had the same problem i was either gonna get a 670 or a 7970 I am very have with my 670 so If you were gonna go with a 7950 go for the double d black and if you where going for a 660 ti I would go for this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130817

the choice is yous but if I were you I would go for the 7950 but if it was 7970 vs 670 I would go for the 670 speaking of 670 llook here for only 350 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130802

a 660 is not better than a 7950 at Bf3.

I have a GTX 670 so I can't comment on a 660Ti however beta Driver 310.64 gave me a massive boost and put me well into highly overclocked 7970 levels. That being said for $300 get the 7950 the 7950 is just hands down a more balanced Videocard then the GTX 660Ti due to more video ram and a larger Memory bus.

I think this is kinda dishonest as I know for damn sure Beta driver 310.64 put me about 10FPS above my friends 7970. I don't know if that was a goal of Nvidias or not but I think it is fair to say if he tried the beta driver with a GTX 660 and GTX 660ti He would see a good little bump that may put him above the 7950, I doubt the GTX 660 non ti would but the GTX 660ti could.
