Unrecognized HDD

Hello, my toshiba PC under windows 7 have decided to not recognize my LG HDD hdx 320gb since yesterday. do you what i have to do? thanks before

when you turn the laptop on do you hear a "clicking" noise?

Check BIOS, can see it there?

Check Cables connected to HDD and also verify that it is connected to motherboard also. Make sure that the HDD is not slave, check the jumper configuration.
