I currently have a budget of £250 - £400 for a gaming rig. I know it's not going to be anything special but as long as it can run Day Z I will be happy.

What components do you recommend? I need everything from the case to mobo (I have an OS though).

thanks for any feedback.

(Could you please link in £ and not $, thank you)

Hi. Do you need a monitor? If not, what's your monitor resolution? Assuming you have a monitor at 1920 x 1080 and don't need mouse and keyboard the build below should let run DayZ without a problem. You can always add another identical 4GB RAM in the future. Feel free to make changes or buy from different websites as you'd like.
