1 epic graphic card or 2 medium ones

so basically the question is: 2 x AMD Radeon 7950 or 1 x Ge Force GTX680 lightning. The PC will be used for gaming 99% of time.

Always go with one powerful card, you will have less stability issues and generally better performance additionally it leaves that second PCIe slot open for a second burly card so you can crossfire or SLI down the road.

IMO 680 is the way to go.
