Nvidia geforce gt 610 vs. Radeon Hd 6570

and a Radeon Hd 6570 http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3673657&CatId=7005
the specs for the invidia look better but when i run fallout 3 on my radeon it auto updates settings to high as to medium on my nvidia.. whats going on?

Both are LOW end PGU. Save some $ and get 7xxx series.

i am saving money up for a new one. i just got it in a barebone bundle!

ASUS 970 AM3+ Motherboard
AMD FX-6300 Processor 3.6 gh 6 cores
8gb corsair ram
and which ever graphics card

With that setup I would say an HD 7850 will do very good or the GTX 650 ti. Whatever strikes your fancy, Nvidia or ATI. Also what resolution are you playing at? I myself can run Fallout 3 and New Vegas on the highest settings with an HD 7770 and phenom II X4 955, though since Fallout 3 has so many bugs it crashes quite a bit for me unless I find those user made fixes....

I would also like to know which of these two graphics cards is the best. My budget is about 60 bucks and its either a GeForce GT 610 2GB DDR3 Superclocked Edition or a XFX Radeon HD 6570 1GB DDR3. I know that I could get a better graphics card, but I'm just getting this to build a PC that can play Sims 3 @ high settings for my cousin.
