Tested psu's 24 pin connector and it shows that -5v not working?

hey guys..having and issue with my old pc...everythings powers up but no display...i dont want to disassemble my new pc to test psu so i ordered a new one...still waiting for it..tried papper clip test old psu and all was ok..then i connected psu tester and it showed all okk just -5 not working and im not sure what does that mean...maybe thats the case?any opinions welcopme thanks in advance
 

Modern power supplies don't have a -5v rail, it was removed from the ATX spec years ago, are you sure yours has one ?
