7870 Hawk or 7870 Twin Frozr

Hi,

I'm trying to decide which graphics card I should get. I've narrowed it down to the MSI 7878 Hawk vs the MSI 7878 Twin Frozr edition. I'm leaning more towards the Hawk, but I'm not 100% sure it's worth the extra $35.

I'm not as interested in overclocking as some people are, but I'd like to be able to if I decide to do it later on. I may crossfire in the future and the GPU Reactor WOULD be a problem, but my PCIe 16x slots are 3 apart anyway, so that's not a problem to me. I also like how the Hawk has a backplate, which I'm a big fan of. Right now, I see the Hawk as a "damn good" 7870, while I see the Twin Frozr version simply as a "good" 7870. Is there any reason to take the TF over the Hawk? I'll be running this GPU with a 1090t @ 4GHz, upgrading from a 6770.

In the long run, that $35.00 could be worth it.

The Hawk edition I have noticed has a higher core clock which is of course it means it is more powerful then the Twin Frozr, and the Hawk has many features, compared to the Twin Frozr having none. One of the things I've found interesting is the Dust Removal for the Hawk.

Go with Hawk, it is better.
