I just needed to ask a quick question because im thinking about building a new computer and using the Soltek 75drv2 (or 75drv4, dunno yet) and i want to get the 30 gig ibm deskstar 75gxp.... however, im also looking at the option of buying a scsi card and getting the seagate cheetah drive... My question is: will onboard ide conection ports (as in the case w/ the soltek) be faster than an ide pci card? im wondering because id like to get the cheetah, but i dont know if it would be wiser to find a new mobo w/ onboard scsi or if a card would be about the same. Thanks. Mnx4
