My computer just keeps retsarting over and over

Hello,
i was hoping to get some advice on how to fix my computer it loads till it says loading windows and the just restarts again ??

Loose power cord from the case to the motherboard? Bad power supply? Or maybe CPU is overheating, need to reset the fan and apply thermal solution.

Corrupt Windows install, sketchy RAM or HDD, all the above post.

Could be anything until we get some more info. Does it beep at all? Give off any errors?

i have checked the Ram is good and did a memtest, tried a new HDD but to no avail nothing works
my computer starts loads till it says loading windows files, then says starting window.
waits and then restarts.
