PC does not boot up with graphics card

Hi
Im having a problem with my Graphics card, its a MSI r6670 2g.
The PC boots up fine with only the onboard graphics but with the Graphics card inserted it powers up but does not boot, not even to bios.

PC Specs
Superchannel 550w PSU
MSI A75MA-g55 MoBo
AMD A8-3850 APU
Corsair 4GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM
MSI r6670 2g

have you insert the vga port cable to graphic card vga port?
