GAMES LAGGING & CRASHING IN HIGH CONFIG PC

I HAVE I7 PROCCESSOR 2.67 GHZ
6 GB OF RAM
650 PSU CORSAIR
1.5 TB OF HDD
NVIDIA GTX 580 TWIN FROZER2 OC

BUT THE NEW GAMES LIKE ASSASSINS CREED 3 , COD BLACK OPS 2,
SLEEPING DOGS , HITMAN ABSOLUTION ETC NOT WORKING CRASHING AFTER 2 OR 3 MINUTES OF PLAY

I UPDATE ALL MY DRIVERS AND STILL HAVING PROBLEM.

WHAT SHOULD I DO ? I TRIED HARD BUT AT LAST I CAME HERE WITH HOPE
PLS HELP ME WITH THIS

Probably overheating... whether it is the CPU, GPU, or GDDR is another question...

If you can download "GPUtool" and Speedfan and list what temperatures they show you that would help.

Try setting the GPU fan speed to 100% and see if it will run slightly longer...

TURN OFF CAPS! Now then. In Afterburner there is a bar to set fan speed on the bottom. Turn it up and see what happens. Also, use gpuz and record your temperatures to see how hot it got before it crashed.

ITS NORMALLY WHEN I PLAYED GAME
SO MANY GAMES ARE WORKING BUT THIS NEW ONE NOT WORKING

my gpu temp reading is 57c to 61

You are playing cracked games. No wonder it doesn't work. Buy them if you want them to work right.

Tom's hardware does not support piracy. You will not get any help regarding it here.

^^ I believe it is a hardware issue. I think it is your GDDR overheating.

I do not support your piracy, however I do not think that it is at issue here.

Try to underclock your GPU memory by %50 and then run the GPU FAN ONLY at 100% Those 7 additional fans are a bit of overkill and might actually not be helping your heat dissapation.

It depends how they are configured, does air flow from front (intakes) to rear (exhaust). What are your side fans doing? intake/exhaust?

If running the fans at 100% causes a system lock up it is definitely a POWER SUPPLY problem (PSU).
