Custom Build Will Not Boot PLEASE HELP!!

Recently I created my own pc and when i came to boot it, all the leds turned on when i turned on the powersupply and when i pressed the power, alll the fans started spinning. Everything was going smoothly until the display. I connected to three different monitors with three different slots on the graphics card but it would still not boot. What could be the problem???

MOBO: ASuS SABERTOOTH X79
CPU: intel i7 3390k lga 2011
Power supply: thermaltake black widow 800w
Cpu cooler : cooler master hyper 212 evo
graphic card: asus HD7770 2GD5 Radeon
