How many watts for my PSU do in need?

I am currently on new egg choosing the parts for my new build but i don't know how many watts do i need to power every thing up. would a Rosewill Stallion Series RD700 700W PSU be good?
can you guys help me out?

Parts:

- ASRock 970 EXTREME3 AM3+

- GIGABYTE Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB

- G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)

- AMD FX-8120 Zambezi 3.1GHz Socket AM3+ 125W Eight-Core

- Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s

- LITE-ON ihas124b

I would be running 3 fans and maybe later max of 5 please help me and thanks for reading.
