Okay so about 3 months ago I bought a new motherboard and ever since I have been having some problems with my computer as a whole. But the problems were intermittent untill now.

I used to get BSOD every now and again but turning it off and on again and it would start like normal, and at one point it wouldn't even get past the post screen but again turning it off and on again would fix it. Untill now.

It just doesn't get past the post screen at all. Not even turning it off and on again.

Help!

My specs are:
Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3
Corsair vengeance 4x4gb DDR3 1600Mhz RAM
600watt corsair PSU
AMD Sapphire Radeon HD7850 GDDR5 2gb ( NON OC EDITION)
AMD FX8350 8-Core 4.0Ghz, 16MB total cache
a b B Homebuilt system

Let me guess.... You did not do a fresh install of Windows when you changed the Motherboard.

You should backup all of your data and do the fresh install.

Yes I did. But I can't backup anything because I can't get the computer on

Sounds like a memory problem to me. I would remove all but one DIMM and see if it will get into Windows. If it doesn't, try a different DIMM. If it still doesn't boot and your motherboard allows it, try one DIMM in a different slot. Some motherboards are picky about which slot is used.
