HELP! about to order last minute help on msi gtx 680s

Im about to order msi gtx 680 and wanted to know the difference between the lighting edition and power addition. Lightning is 530 n power is 480 on amazon.

The Lightning is a more overclocked factory card than the Twinfrozr (not comparing the pe), it also overclocks better manually the Lightning, but in terms of performance price i'd go with the TF, and for cooling the twinfrozr wins.
