New card needed $450 budget

Well I was using a AMD 6800 card and now I want more power!! I would like to run 2 monitors for gaming. I just want some ideas on getting a AMD or should I get Geforce..im not married to either I just want one that works great and will play games like Planetside 2, Skyrim, Diablo 3, and newer games to come for a couple years at max or close to it.

let me know what you think. My PC is only a year old and I built it myself, plenty of power.

Depends, GTX 670 features PhSyx which is great for Borderlands 2, which is included in the purchase of the GPU. Also it comes with Assassin's Creed 3.

The 7970 Ghz is faster and comes with:
    - FarCry3
    - HitMan
    - Sleeping Dogs
    - Medal of Honor WarFighter Limited Edition (20% off digital deluxe)
