How to connect vonage device

Hello,i am field tech in internet company.one customer want to use vonage device.we have a wall jack there in his room before he got internet through that wall jack port to his pc by using cat 5.so how can we connect his vonage in our service ?and any configuration need to connect that device ?plz reply me soon.

where is the router located?

if the router is not in the same room and the wall jack is connecting to the router, you will need a 5 port network switch to connect the PC and Vonage to the wall jack
