Is the AMD 5700 series a AMD 5750

i was just wanting to make sure that the AMD 5700 series can be a AMD 5750.

Device Manager says 5700 series and i was wanting to make sure it meant my 5750 and not an onboard chipset or something.

Indeed the 5700 series also counts the 5770.
