Any Info about this case

The descriptions say that either will hold a ATX sized motherboard. You are good there.

The second case includes a power supply it looks like.

I would not buy any case with an included Power supply except perhaps from Antec.
A cheap case is ok. A cheap psu is the last place to economize. It may not deliver advertised power where you need it(+12v) and if it fails, it can damage anything it is connected to.

I think I would pick the first one. It includes a 120mm front intake fan.

The 80mm fans included in the second one will be noisy and not deliver much cooling.

think that is the one i will .ck but can you see any holes at the top off the case for mob standoff s. also do you know if it will come with screws and stand offs

EVERY case I have ever heard of will come with a bag of parts, including motherbards standoffs and screws.
The hole placement is a ATX standard.

If you MUST economize, then a cheap case is OK and will work.
But... consider busting your budget to buy a quality case that you love.
You will be looking at it for a long time.
