Specific Error Messages

I have a Barbie Horse Adventures game for my duaghter that works fine on a
Dimension 4500 with Windows XP. The same game will not run on my new
Dimension 8400 with Windows XP (embedded SP2). It gives me an error message
that reads... 15 - Retry/Cancel. What the heck does that mean???

I also have The Incredibles - When Danger Calls, which will not run on the
8400 either. It's error messages reads... Cannot authenicate disc in time
limit. How can I fix this???

Neither software company has resonded to my inquiries. Should I assume the
issues to be SP2 related? Any patches???

Please help!

Could you post your dxdiag (Start -> Run -> type dxdiag -> click OK -> click
Save All Information -> attach that .txt file to your next post) or at least
the make/model of your DVD drive? Dell has a firmware update available for
some of their DVD+/-RW drives.
