Freezing/Sound Loop

Hello, well I will start off by stating my issue. When I play games, or watch YouTube videos, my computer will randomly freeze. This causes a "buzzing" sound and the only way I can shut off the system is to manually shut it off by holding the power button. I have Gtx460 sli cards (and the problem consists with just one card in.) I am leaning toward my power supply as it did not get the best of reviews of Newegg. The power supply is a XION 850W. It claims to be "SLI/CROSSFIRE Ready" but it only has 2 pci-e connectors, forcing my to use an adapter to use SLI. I am pretty sure it's just the power supply is poorly made and is what you pay for ($90). I am thinking of upgrading to the TX750W Corsair power supply. My temperatures when gaming are often around 50-70 degrees Celsius(using evga percesion x). My Specs will be below, leave your opinions please. :)
