I cannot get a signal from my new graphics card.

motherboard is Foxconn DG33MO3
460 Watt power supply
Dell Inspiron 530
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2400MHz

I forgot to mention that I have 4GB DDR3 RAM installed
