Help!

Please help!!
I've got a audigy soundcard with 5.1 speaker system but i cant get any sound from the rear speakers??

Am i missing something simple or is it a faulty card?

Does the card or box say "Creative" anywhere on it? If so, then it's faulty

You have to adjust the speaker setting in Surround Mixer.

When i adjust the fader in surroung mixer, i get nothing from the rear speakers.
