This will be the first time I will be building my own PC.
The question is: these parts are compatible? PSU wattage calculation, ram, mobo, case and so on..

CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core

Motherboard: ASRock 990FX Extreme4 ATX AM3+

Memory: G.Skill Sniper Gaming Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM

SSD: Samsung 840 Pro Series 128GB 2.5" SSD

Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition 3GB

Case: Cooler Master HAF 922 ATX Mid Tower

Power Supply: Corsair 750W ATX12V / EPS12V

Optical Drive: Asus BC-12B1ST/BLK/B/AS Blu-Ray Reader, DVD/CD Writer

Also, I am not sure about the motherboard, if I should grab the asrock 990fx extreme 4 or extreme 3.
Thanks in advance.

you may wanna settle down for ~600w psu as its gonna be enough
otherwise, all good. Extreme4 mobo gets my vote

Really? I calculated using the new egg psu calculator and added +20% to the total result

What is the budget here? I would personally go Intel instead of AMD with this type of system.

I don't have a precise budget because I am not shopping in dollar.
For an intel build I would grab:
mobo - MSI MB p/ Intel Z77A-G45 LGA 1155 (I might get gtx 660 ti now and later sli)
cpu- i7 3770 (I dont plan overclocking)
What you guys think?

The standard 840 is newer than the M4, they're both good drives. I'd go with a Vertex 4 or Vector myself.

I thinking about getting the samsung 840 pro, not the regular one. Also the vertex 4 is a really good option too for me.
