GPU Advice needed for new build

Hey guys Im buying a gaming computer within probably 6-8 weeks. I need advice on which graphics card to buy. The game I am mainly playing is League of Legends (LoL) and I need a card to max out the settings and achive a stable 60fps even during large team fights. I have hear this game is not very demanding for graphics so what do you guys recommend that wont give me frame drops during team fights. Right now I play on a crappy old laptop that I get about 35fps on all low settings.

Yes I am building a totally new computer. I dont know my exact budget yet. But probably somewhere around $800 canadian which is about the same in US dollars. I want to try and keep it as low as possible but be able to play LoL on maxed settings at 60fps without frame drops during large team fights.
