MSI warranty question

If I have MSI hardware that was damaged due to a failing power supply, would MSI still approve my RMA and replace the product? I have a possibly defective PSU that I've already RMAed and I am currently waiting for a replacement. I am unsure however if any other parts of the computer were damaged because if this and that is why I am asking this question. I heard that MSI covers overclocking so wouldn't this situation be similar to a problem caused by overclocking and would agree to replace in the cause of a power supply causing damage to it? The items that I am mainly concerned about are GPU and motherboard, which are both MSI.

Since it wasnt the MSI product itself breaking, chances are they wont cover the hardware if it has broken.
More likely is that you will have to go through the PSU manufacturer to cover any damage their product caused.

Well asking the PSU manufacturer to cover damages if any sounds like an impossible task and I'm pretty sure they'll find a bogus excuse to get out of it. Sounds like I'm totally screwed if any of my parts were damaged. Thanks for the reply tho.
