Another fsx build

Greetings!
I am sick of my old pc and want to tackle building a new one. It will be primarly used for fsx. I am working within a budget so I want to reuse some components untill I can afford to replace them later.

The new components:

The old components:

Western Digital 1tb hard drive, Cavier black I believe

ATI Radeon hd 4600

thermaltake tr2-430w power supply

the cd drive from my 2006 emachines pc

So what do you guys think?
Will the old cd drive work with my new motherboard?
Will the power supply be adequate untill I update the gpu?
Is that motherboard a good match with that cpu? ( I want to do some oc'ing in the future but I don't know anything about motherboards)
Besides cpu cooler and case fans am I missing anything?
General advice?
